Global Infrastructure & Operations provides on-site IT services to every operational division and data center around the world including our MSD Technology Centers in the US, the Czech Republic, and Singapore.
Our mission is to assemble and operate a sustainable 24/7 IT Services model.
We are involved in:
- Providing on-premise support to end-users such as on-boarding, training, supporting video conferences, meeting rooms, roadshows, printing, and hardware issues
- Overseeing the health of local IT infrastructure such as network switches, access points, end user devices, managed printers as well as supporting our remote sites, labs, and manufacturing shop floors
- Coordinating with global teams on projects and service outages as needed
